It seems like the new Avalanches album is well on...
They seem to be constantly updating their Twitter, which I only recently found out they had!! Recording with Ariel Pink, uploading photos of the mountains of records they’re working with, etc. etc. I love the fact that they aren’t using any bullshit computer music software that anyone can use either. Saw Hugo last night!!! And er, Happy Feet 2...
This film was amazing! First and foremost I went to see it in 3D, I hate 3D but Scorsese convinced me so much to see it that way cuz “it’s reinventing cinema and it’s a whole new way to approach shots” and all that stuff he says. And goddamnit he was right. It’s so beautiful but I’m still not totally convinced, when there are those long stunning shots whizzing...

I don’t post as much as I used to but that’s only because of heavy uni work, working nightshifts five nights a week at Clinton Cards leading up to Christmas, and fitting in going to the cinema and seeing my girlfriend around those.
