I am in love with the new album. Everything I was unhappy with on Odd Blood is corrected or dropped and everything I loved about the record has stayed, it’s like the band read my mind.
One song does fall short towards the end but everything else before and after leave me sitting in awe of their disjointed dance music, which is what it pretty much is now, dance music, as much as I hate to call it that. It is the perfect blend of experimental and dance and it came out of nowhere and punched me in the face. Although Odd Blood has some stunning hits, this is the consistent album with some massive surprises. And some ground shaking bass!
